Jobs Are More Like Pyramid Schemes!!!
Its Just Another One Of Those BLOODY Pyramid Schemes
If anyone pays attention to either broadcast news or to a newspaper, they have heard of what are known as pyramid schemes. A pyramid is an illegal business model that is otherwise known as a Ponzi scheme. In short, the leaders at the top levels of the pyramid scheme make all of the money, and the little guys at the bottom of the scheme do all of the hard work, with no real reward. Does that sound unfair? It is unfair. However, do you know what else this business model sounds like? Sadly, this business model sounds a lot like the totally legal and respectable employee/employer business model.
Let’s look at an example. Although there is no real triangle established with regards to a legal business model, it can appear to be that way when you consider this:
boss =1
management = 2
supervisors = 5
workers = 50
If you were to examine this, you’d see that there is only one boss, and they are at the top of the pyramid. Then, there usually are a couple of managers that fall under the boss. Then, there are a few more supervisors. At the bottom of the pyramid schemes are the “worker bee” employees. Now, think about your place of employment, or any place of employment. Who does all of the work? Who is on the frontlines? Isn’t it the “worker bee” employees? However, who receives the most money in the employee/employer relationship? Isn’t it usually the boss? Then, the managers get a little less than the boss, but more than the supervisors and the workers. So on, and so on.
If you are ready to break free being the foundation of a company while receiving no real reward, then perhaps it’s time that you took matters into your own hands, and you decide to invest your time and efforts into another legal business model. Keep reading other posts to learn more.
